Worst service of handset & service centre

I owned a NOKIA 6500s. Previously I used Nokia 2600 from 2005 and I am very much satisfied by the service of that handset. Till now I am using it. But I am facing lots of problem from Nokia 6500s & also from your service centre by the name Telemobile, B. Baruah Road, Guwahati. Last week I sent my handset through my representative at your service centre for the following problems:-

1) Camera flash not working

2) Remainder tone not working

3) Handset hanging problem

4) Back cover not properly fitting

Except no. 4 all the problems were solved. Regarding the last problem, your service engineer instructed my representative to replace the cover. Since my handset is under warranty period why don’t you go for replace it under warranty? Interestingly an additional problem had been created from your service centre is that now the keypad lights are not glowing. Again I sent my handset to Telemobile on 5/06/09 for the keypad lights and back cover problem (which is a repeat job). On 06/06/09 when I received my handset another new problem derived just after putting the battery in it is that now the memory card is not functioning. Immediately I sent my representative with my handset to Telemobile where they solved the memory card problem but they refused to replace the cover under warranty. It is simply the wastage of time so that after crossing the warranty period that service centre could charge all the repairs under charge basis. Please look into the matter if could replace the cover under warranty.
