Damage ofphone by nokia care

I buy nokia 6500s phone date:24/4/08 my phone IMI no 35354702120675 is not working proparly the incoming voise is low so give the phone in nokia care ECELL COMMUNICATION ahemedabad.. date 10/6/o8 jobsheet no 136434038/080610/33 my phone send to nokia care company delhi i received the phone date 26/6/08 The phone is not fitted well the sleider of phone is damage & key of the phone is auttomatically work i complain for it in nokia carehelp line. So i not accept the phone & given in nokia care.that time my jobsheet no:136434038/080626/18 & also complain in nokia care help line.

Now today date 8/7/08 i receved may phone is damage the keypad of the phone ia break & slider of phone is also not working well today also i complain for it in nokia care help line complain no 2-362S1B &jobe sheet No136434038/080626/18

Now sir i want result for that in sevenday. My new phone is tottaly damage by your service technician so i want DOA certificate for this phone.or i have only one way for complain

in a consumar court.
