Worst Quality Product and Hell like Customer Service

Hello,

I purchased a Nokia 6500s on 19-07-08. After 15 days I got some problem of bad pixels in my phone. Then i decided to go for customer care. I went their and show my phone to them. They told me that we are unable to repair your phone right now. You have to leave your phone for 20 days, we will sent your phone to Major repair center. I left my phone there for 20 days. I spent these 20 days without any phone because i don't have any other phone. After 20 days I call them up and ask for my phone. They told me that we replaced your phone. You can come and get it. I went there and recieved the replaced phone. But at that time it was not accepting memory card. I thought i should format the card. I came back to my place. I tried hard to format that memory card from the phone but it was always showing Operation Failed. However the other phone was reading the same memory card. I went again to the customer care. I told them its not accepting my memory card. They used their 3 memory cards but phone was not accepting any of them. Then they told me sir we are unable to solve the problem. You have to leave this phone for 20 days. I denied to leave the phone because i already leave my phone for 20 days and they were asking for other 20 days.

I want to know what is my fault? Why should i suffer for all the problems which are caused by the Nokia Company. Is it my fault that i am paying a large amount of money for such type of worst quality product and customer care like hell. Now a days where every one have a phone to use. Is it possible to spent even a single day without phone? Its a mental torcher from the comanies who are providing the worst Quality product and Hell like customer service. I spent my 2 hours in nokia Care (Micronas Telecom). Whre i found that ven for a small problem they have repeted line for every customer"Sir, you have to leave your phone for 15 - 20 days, would you like to leave your phone" otherwise go to hell, we cann't do anything. After that i sent them four mails and called them four times but still there is no updates regarding my problem. If their is any law with the customer. Please follow that law against this type of worst customer services. I want to warn Nokia that if they will continue with this type of services to their customer. It could create a very big Issue, which can affect the existence of Nokia in India. So its my Humble request to you people please Don't try to make your customers to cross the limits. I am very confused that you people are Connecting People OR Harreshing People. Please don't make me advertise about your worst Services because i am in same profession and can reduce atleast 1% of your customers through out the world. So I am again requesting you to take it servious and try to solve my pboblem ASAP.
