Dear Sir,
I have brought a nokia set model no.-6500 slider on 1 jan for Rs.15249/- vide invoice no. DEL/01058/00001/0001 from mobile store (Aggarwal Mall, pitampura) which is not working properly since very begaining. I have already reported in nokia care (Kohat Enclave) twice for the same.but no invain.
The set has the following problems:
a) Display image out of control.
b) Ring tone out of control.
c) It hangs frequently.
d) songs change frequently in mamory card
Iam fed up with this phone and your customer care services. It is therefore requested that either you replace this set with a new one or refund my money immediately otherwise i would be forced to take the matter to the count of law for demages, because of this my work is suffering even i wasted too much money because of this set.
