Namaste. My friend presented a nokia 6500 sliding phone 3months back. my friend purchased it in saudi aravia. on the bill and nokia booklet it has mentioned that 2years warranty and service is there. today morning while i tried to switch on the mobile it didnt worked. so i went to your service center Silicon mobile services, babu khan mall, shop no.111, 1st floor, muncipal no. 6-3-1111, opp. kalaniketan wedding mall, somajiguda circle, hyderabad-500082.iam the 1st person who visited the store today.by seeing my phone they said it doesnt come under national warranty. i should check it freely in saudi arabia only. then i shown the bill and every thing but no use. they are talking smoothly.by checking my phone they said with in 2 minutes of time only. there is a problem in mother board and i should pay 650/- and tomorrow evening i can take my phone back. but i didnt taken the service. after coming back to home. i switched on the mobile . its working normally. the way your service centre people are behaving is not at all good. when my phone is in normal condition how can they tell that 650/- i should pay n there is problem in mother board. do ur company people doesnt know how to repair, n whats the problem. when it is in world wide service how can they ask me to pay the amount. i want ur reply.
