We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I purchased the above-noted set on 17-02. As the mobile set was not getting start so I gave the set at Nokia Care. Nokia care called me and informed that the board of mobile is not in repairable condition, come and collect this we can not do anything however the set is in warrenty period. I expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
