Nokia 6708
Not starting

I have a nokia 6708.for the first 1 year, it worked very well but after that it fell from my hand.it just gives

a white screen with nokia written on the bottom of the screen and a yellow light flickering continuously.

i had shown it to many shops but they had no solution for it.please tell .me if someone has a solution.
