I have purchased nokia 7210 from Metro cash & carry in kolkata on 02.03.09. Three faults were detected on the followling day. Camera problem- images taking a long time atleast 12 seconds to get stored or saved. Loudspeaker giving a cracking sound & the sound of the radio is not clear. I took it to Metro cash& carry but they told me to go to Ballygunge nokia service centre. They could not solve my problem. Then I was asked by Metro to go to Tollygunge nokia service centre. They even could not resolve my problem. Neither Metro nor both the service centers cooperated with me. Please help me out. Waiting for an early reply.
