Hi,
I have to raise a strict COMPLAINT against your service. I Gave my handset to nokia Care Center in Pune Aundh. I bought this one month back from Pune itself from Nokia Priority Dealors Chinchwadh. After a week it startted giving me trouble. Its battrey was going down even after getting fully charged, also its body was getting heated after a usage of just 10 to 15 minutes.
I gave it to Nokia Care, Planet Cell, Shop No 18 Omkar Complex, D P Road Aundh, PUNE. The two problems 1.Battrey Back Up, 2. Heating UP were noted down by customer care & my handset was sent to Noida for service. After getting a message from them I went to Aunch Center but oit was not ready, It was really disappointing, even then I waited for few more days.
After another message I visted them & found that Battrey has been replaced but the heating problem was still existing. Now this was really RIDICULUOUS this time, visiting twice but not coming empty handed. If you can not provide the accurate service on time then why the hell you guys are opening such stores. This kind of incidents are bringing down the name of brand NOKIA...
As I am also working in Service Industry I understand the importance of each & every customer's concern but I believe your service providers in market are not at all serious towards their value & reputation or they have overachieved the position in market but let me tell you a customer can bring your report down at any point of time.
Now without any loss of time & money either I want athe replacement of handset or my whole money back at earliest...
