Here is my complaing for the unsatisfied Nokia care and his Stafff and Managment and the retail Dealer name 'Sapphire Systems, (185/186, Madhav Darshan, Waghavadi Road, Bhavnagar-364001. Ph 0278-3001515/0278-2221515)
I have purchased Nokia 7210c Mobile on Date 8-8 which IMEI NO.355231034649923, Code No:- 0581686, Batterry :-3932139256360354368; 0670565.. Charger No. 4956279302091605421; 0675370... Mem Card; 1GB Handset; HS-105

As i purchaded and i started to use the above mentioned the phone, i found i problem of charging. and i contected the shope where from i had purchased. The shope Keeper said" u have to send ur phone in Nokia care for repairing and i gave him and they give me a Jobsheet (Job Sheet No:- 832504867/090820/9 Date 20-08).
After 1 month on date 19-09 and i got my Cell from the Care Centre, i charged the phone at my home and i found the same problem the phone was not repaired properly and again i contected the Care Centere (name Kalpesh Nathani at Divya Electronics), I gave him phone return and said u keep the cell phone under the observation, and he took the phone and observed and told me the phone have to be sent again in the Company. He told me a lied all the time he always said that he was not in the care center indeed he was there. and i nurvious becoz of Cell because i m the LIC agent and Mutual Fund Consaltant, and i lost my business because of my Cell phone. how can i contact anybody whose Nos were saved in my Cell and i lost all's Contacts and i became helpless.
then again i sent my Cell to teh Care which jobsheet No is 832504867/090921/21 Date 21-09. and i talked to Customer care (0278-30303838), Complain No. 1-8227844077 on date23-09, He said i will get my Cell phone in 48 hrs back and if not, then we will give you a new Cellphone as replacement,
I trusted on Care Center Talk and trusted that it is Nokia's Care so how can i cheat.. but i feel my self that i was cheated by all of Who connected this care and whome i talked by phone. He also added that i will get my cell phone back after repairing on 09-09. Till the date i have not recieved my Cell and that is why i m tired with Nokia and it's system of care, so i m going to Consumer Form and i will enter a case for reward...
