Sir,
I want to become one among the customer of Nokia, with the intention i have bought Nokia 7120C mobile in the month of Feb 09.
Soon after some time the Outgoing voice is very low, upon going to the service center intially they said it is corrected and now it is ready for use. I have checked the same but the problem is still not rectified. They have again taken back for service.
After one month of delay finally they said it will not be corrected and you have to take back the mobile saying you have tampered. The mobile was lying with them for one month and now they are saying it is ir-serviceble.
PLs look into the same and give justice for me.
