Nokia 7210 supernova
Speaker problem

I purchased 7210 supernova from mobile store swimming pool kolkata on July 12 next day i found speaker is not working properly so i went to mobile store they asked me to go Nokia care saltlake sector V. On 15th i went Nokia care and they agreed that problem persist and they told me that speaker will be replaced but i want my mobile to be replaced but they are not ready for it. So plz take action againts such stores who are harrasing people.
