I had purchased Nokia Mobile Handset 7310 c from Nokia dealer. In 3 months it started giving problems. Key for digit 7 was not working. On visiting Nokia Care (Harmony Audio) I was given to understand that such problem is faced by many and the one I had met on the day of my visit. The kit was not available and the service center denied to accept the mobile. After speaking to Nokia dealer the set was accepted with understanding that it will be repaired in week's time. After one week still the set was not provided so I requested for back up cell which has been provided but weak battery.

I am sorry to mention the after sales service which Nokia has for such issues they should replace the handset

I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and resolved
