Delay in servicing of nokia care

Sir,

i recently purchased a noika 7310 supernova, after some days it has a keypard complaint ie, some digits are not working... and i give to the nokia care here in kottayam, kerala. still i dont get my phone and today it takes 20 or more days.

please do the needful
