THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I HAD PURCHASED A NEW NOKIA 7310 SUPERNOVA FOR RS-7790 ON 20TH AUGUST FROM chawla brothers (Sco-1035, sector 22-b, chandigarh).
AFTER A MONTH OF PURCHASE ITS KEYPAD (7, 8, 9, VOLUME DOWN KEY) STOPPED WORKING.I GAVE THE PHONE TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE (TELESPHERE, SCO-385, FIRST FLOOR, SECTOR 8, PANCHKULA), AND THE CARE CENTRE PEOPLE CHANGED ITS UIE.
AFTOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS, AGAIN IT DEVELOPED THE SAME PROBLEM AND AGAIN THOSE PEOPLE CHANGED ITS UIE.
THE SAME PROBLEM HAS NOW OCCURED FOR THE 3RD TIME AFTER ITS PURCHASE AND I HAVE GIVEN IT TO THE CARE CENTRE.
THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE PROBLEM IS OCCURING IN EVERY PHONE OF THE SAME SERIES (ie 7310).
THERE IS NO PERMANENT SOLUTION TO THIS AS THE SAME PROBLEM IS OCCURING TIME AND AGAIN AND U MIGHT BE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM IN THIS SERIES TOO. SO I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE MY PHONE WITH ANOTHER NEW PHONE OF ANOTHER SERIES OF ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT.I WOULD BE WAITING FOR YOUR POSITIVE REPLY .
