Nokia 7610
System error, Bluetooth not connected

Dear Sir,

since last month 29-08-08, i have put my nokia 7610 at nokia care Rajnagar Ghaziabad Center JobSheet no. 29/41, customer name Rahul Sharma, on 11.09.08 i went to collect it but problem didn't get solved, and till now i didn't get my phone, please help
