Dear Nokia,
Your customer service is pathetic. You are known to have number one supply chain network all over the world but I have had a real bad experience. MY mobile model 8800 Silver color is with Nokia care centre since 14th Nov. 2007. The problem is it needs a new battery. Today its 2nd Dec and till now they have not been able to arrange for a battery. Simple reason they give is "since model is no more being manufactured so battery not available". I called up Nokia care too my compalint number " 2-2MMYKB " and I wa told my case is of high pririty since its a high end model. But no use... My Service Job Sheet number " 273343506/071114/10. I have arranged for my battery from outside shop so just wanted to say yuor service is the worst I have been through ever. I will surely never will buy any Nokia product and will advice my friends too not to go for it.
