Dear Sir/Madam,
As you know last year there was lots of complain about BL5C batteries and you offered replacement of defetive numbers.
I have gont through the procedure and put all the details in the forms and found that my battery is defective one.
The information which reflects on the scrren shows that a new battery will soon be dispatched to you if not received contact the nearest NOKIA CARE.
I have contacted the Preet Vihar NOKIA CARE center several times but they says we don't have stock please contact at NOIDA NOKIA CARE CENTER.
Moving here and there for this tiny particle is not feasible for me. If possible send a new battery to me otherwise I will purchase a new one.
