I had purchased Bluetooth Nokia BH 207 and unfortunately, the ear string got broke. I have taken to many Nokia care centre and they all have one answer that there is no replacement/spare ear string supplied.. Now the quuestion is that, How can a company not supply spares to care centres? Why customer as to send the money to buy new set just because there is no spares available? I think this is totally blackmailing the customer that, if the ear string breaks, then buy new one...
