i'm having the defected BL-5C battery & i have submitted the form to replace it on www.nokia.com.

THIS IS THE STATUS OF IT.
Date Status
08-16&Serial number added to the system.
08-19&-Address information analyze initiated.
I have not received the new battery in exchange to the Our Defected BL-5CBattery.
last month in Sept-07 we have read a news in the local newspaper that it will be now replaced at the service station of NOKIA in our own city.
but i'm continuously in touch with them in indore & they are saying 1 sentence..." we are not having any stock at present".
can you tell me how long it take to supply the batteries to your service station???
