Why i purchased nokia???

Purchased a new cell phone N-76, from nokia prority Sushil Telecom, G-65, Aggarwal plaza M2K sector -3 rohini delhi-110085. on 31 Oct. 2008.

after purchase a new phone when i switch on the phone it was not working after some try it did. automatically switched off with out pressing any button.

i went to nokia priority and told that phone is not working properly he said that u should charge the battery atleast min. 4 hours then switch on the phone. i said thanks.

next day again i went to his shop and told now again same problem. he said i just upgrade the phone may be software problem. i said OK.

next day again same problem, i said to the owner then he said may be some virus in memory card. i said pls. sir i purchased a phone from u. and i m not free every day i come pls. replace my phone. then he said check it today. tomorrow i will replace it if not work properly. i said thanks.

next day again same problem as i m workin in his shop i went again. then i said u have to replac it . then he said

sorry sir within 48 from the time of purchase we can replace the phone but now u r late. go to nokia care he will sort out matter.

then i went to nokia care centre there i hve to wait atleast 3 hours. they have done same thing upgrade the software. and now still not workin.

pls replace my phone otherwise i have to take some serious action.
