Nokia N70 Music Edition faulty under warranty period and Nokia is not accepting

Hi,

I had purchase Nokia N70 Music Edition in Nov. After that I went to USA and came back in Feb and started using mobile. Mobile worked for 3-4 months perfectly but after that it started lot of problems like hanging, rebooting, no video and audio. I went to Nokia care and they kept it for 1 week and returned back to me. I inserted my SIM and found that the problem still persists.

I returned back to them. They again kept it for 1 -2 week and returned me back. It worked for 2-3 hours fine and then again started creating all those problems. Same day I shifted to Lajpat Nagar and then I went Lajpat Nagar Nokia care and they told that there is a white fluid inside it. I again went to Noida and Noida Nokia care denied to accept it. I called up consuler voice and lodged a complaint. Consuler Voice sent lot of mails to Nokia but they never replied. Please let me know who will help me out in this matter, as the mobile is still in Warranty period.
