Re:- Rude behaviour of nokia care peoples
I am really shocked when i came to know that Nokia care peoples behaving like they are the not responsible for the techinical faults of Nokia.
i purchased new nokia 6500 slide recently around 3 months back and faced the problem of no display, when i went to nokia care first thing they dint given recipt for the mobile receiving . and they had taken 20 days to rectify the problem and
they said this is swet problem because you are using hands to use phones . isn't funny? what we have to use for phones rather than hands? and when i asked to give the receipt for that he is not ready to give original receipt for that and he said i will not give original receipt, i will give xerox u can do whatever u want.
what we have to do to ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
