My cell phone's battery No. BL-5C 0670400363563N126112809800 is not functioning properly. It has gone deshaped and immediately after charging its shows as empty. Please get it replaced immediately. I lodged my complaint earlier also on August 15 but no action has been taken either by you or your local dealer. My Mobile Phone No. is 09893692000 and Land Line No. is 0751 - 4035454 (Airtel), 0751 - 2456530 (BSNL).
