I had gone to Nokia Care Center in Jayanagar in June as my Nokia Bluetooth (BH 208) had suddenly stopped working. As it was under warranty period, they said that it will be replaced and I will get a new piece in July. When I checked in July I was told that this particular model (BH 208) is out of stock and I need to check again in 2 weeks time. After 2 weeks I was told the same story. This pattern continued for further 3 months wherein every other week there was no stock and eventually I being told that we will call you when we have the stock (of course no call came even once at any stage). Finally, in November they told me that they have only Model No. BH 203 and I can take it. With no option left, I went to the center to gather it and what I found was a cheaper version of the BH 208 Model. I had to take it. Not only was I not given appropriate replacement for my Bluetooth but subjected to pathetic customer service from Nokia for a period of 3-4 months.
