I purchased a 3120 classic mobile on 7/12/08 from Balecha zell zone, Spencers Chennai. On the very next day it was found that my mobile charger was not working. Iam a busy person with my office works and I forced to go to the Balecha cell zone &Nokia autherized service centers for this charger several times. I am loosing the travelling expense &time. I handovered my original bill &charger to Balecha cell zone for warranty. Due to your rules ®ulations I can get new Charger after ten days. At that time I will be in abroad. I loose original charger &the bill for my new mobile so I cannot get any warranty in future. I kindly request you to do the needfull to solve my problem as early as possible. On 22/12/08 I will leave Chennai.
