Mobile not working properly

I have recently bought a e71 mobile.the mobile camera is not so good and does not give a clear picture.while doing internet also itsome times hang, when i checked its imei no its seventh and eight no is 02 which i came to know is indication of bad quality.kindly help me in the regard..
