I have nokia 3500C. I bought it on 9 april. On 12 november suddenly my phone's keypad stopped functioning. earlier 2-3 keys were not responding and gradually whole keypand stopped to respond.
I took my phone to the Nokia Care situated in Sec-3, Rohini, Delhi-110085.
they refused to count my phone under warranty as according to them it was" physically damaged" and I had to pay Rs 337 for its repair. that same day evening, same problem restarted, i went there again and this time they did it hand to hand and assured me that this problem will not arise again.
Then on 2 jan same problem started again, there Mr Sukhvir asked me to leave the phone there for 1 day, and convinced me that since the problem is same, so I wouldn't have to pay the labour charges this time.
Next day, i.e. today, on 3 Jan they claimed for Rs 578 again, saying repair warranty is just for 1 month.
They didn't tell me about this 1 month thing yesterday and never before.
Floor Manager Mr Damandeep Singh's response was also not satisfactory as he was adamant for the charges.
I paid Rs 578.
I am filing a complaint against this action in Consumer Court, Delhi.
Kindly assure me best of your service as prescribed.
