Your 1 copy of battery is useless

I have Nokia N73 Taken battery from mobile store Taken Battery - BP 6M, 3.7v. Battery serial no. 0670505393213P1757030783441

This battery is discharging after 8 hours, Battery status bar is going down immediately within 5 minutes. It seem that Nokia is making fool to us to say 1st copy of battery.

If any defective in this Battery, pls inform me and also requesting to Nokia to replace the same.
