Dear Sir,
My father had purchased a Nokia 6233 handset from Varanasi about six months back. After 3-4 months, It automatially convert itself in handsfree mode without putting handsfree due to which we miss our important calls. I had registered the issue in Nokia Customer Care, Varanasi (Bhelupur) on 14.12. they told at that time that it would be rectified within 15 days or I would be given new handset as it is within the warranty period. For the last 10 days, whenever we give a call at customer care, they give misleading answers, sometimes they say it would rach within 2 days and another time they say that they got confused by the name, it was someone another's mobile.
These guys are no where providing any soution. Pls help rectify the solution.
