SUB: - Complain against Unsatisfactory Response
Sir,
This has reference to my Mobile (NOKIA-5300 D GREY), which I had purchased on 09-Mar-08 from HOTSPOTRETAILS PVT. LTD. (124/B/176 GOVIND NAGAR), other details are mentioned in attached Invoice.
On 20-Jan-08, there are some display problem generated in my mobile then I went to your NOKIA SERVICE CENTER at SOMDUTT PLAZA, IInd Fllor, Naveen Market, Kanpur, then they tell me that my Mobile Warranty is Expired on 24.08.08.but then I give them the purchase invoice of my Mobile and told them that invoice date of my mobile is 09-Mar-08 so according this invoice my warranty expired date is 09-Mar-09, but they said that they are not responsible for that and give me the their technical verification sheet and tell me the expenses of repairing the mobile near about Rs.500/-to Rs.1300/-, then I went to HOTSPOTRETAILS PVT. LTD Naveen market, but they also give no positive response and didn’t take any responsibility for the same.
So kindly tell me who is responsible for the same & what can I do?
