I had submitted my Nokia 6500s phone for Repair in the Nokia Noida Service center on 3rd January with job sheet reference Number 114434038/090103/97.
I received a call from the nokia service centre on 20th January that the phone has been repaired and can be collected. I went to collect the phone but they provided me with a Handset with a different IMEI Number. When I had complaint about this then they said that there was some confusion and asked me to go back. I received a call from the centre on 4th Feb that the hand set is available and can be collected. But when i went there to collect the phone, it is still not repaired. I do not understand that after 1 month of time also the service centre is not able to repair my phone, and there was no explanation given to me on that front. This is very sad to know that Nokia is loosing the credibility of the customers. I have called Nokia care centre so many times and every time they give me an explanation that it has been escalated, the complaint number given to me was 2-3OPQQH. Does Nokia do not have any service level agreement that the Handset has to be given back to the customer within some specified time line. I have no other option then going to the Consumer Court as who will pay for the Damages of 1 month without having a handset. I need an answer for this escalation within 24hours else I have all the documents with me to prove that Nokia is doing fraud with me and making me fool. I will also repent that why I purchased a Nokia Phone and will never refer anyone to purchase Nokia Phones.
