I had purchased a Nokia 5310 Music Edition Phone and noticed that it has very poor signal reception. When taken to a Nokia CARE Centre, the phone was returned to me after nearly 4 weeks without any enhancement. Now again the phone has been submitted to the Service Centre and its been nearly 3 weeks and they are claimimng that I will get the phone next week.
Have I bought the phone to keep it with the Nikia Tech Team?? Doesnt Nokia have some business ethics and provide me with a replacement if they cant fix a defect?
