To whom who may concern:
I am the managing Director of an IT Company based in Pune, India and I have a big complaint to make. The facts: I have bought a nokia N71 from a store" CROMA" in Aundh, Pune and the mobile has shown difect after use of 3 days. I have asked to the shop to exchange the mobile, but the poeple there are not professional so, nothing has been resolved. I still have confusion on their Policy. some of the staff says replacement in 24hr from the purchase, some other says not replacement. Also i came to know that Nokia usually gives 7 days from purchase a replacement if the mobile is defected. I kindly request to gime an help and support on this regard, as I am surpriced that a company like NOKIA, is allowing this kind of distributors to ruin the name and brand which has built up till now. This kind of distributors should be selected based on real proof of dedicated customer service and not just because they have name.
