I bought Nokia cellphone due to its popularity but i was wrong bcoz the battery was not running more than 5 months and charger was also not working. Then, i go to service center NET DOT SOLUTIONS, Hari Nagar, New Delhi and they told me to replace the both on 19 Jan and will get the replaced product within seven days maximum, but afterwards i have blocked in their trapped and then, I had called or visit their service center more than 50 times then they refused, we r getting not the replaced product, is it right or to believe the fact that the Nokia has not even a battery and charger to replace within one month. what is it? They won't bother the problems of customers and inconvenience and i am handicapped without my mobile and dont want to purchase more, i will go to consumer forum for not giving me my defected product as well as harassing me purely.
