I am facing problem With Nokia Phone.
I have purchased Nokia 6233 on Dated 07/09, wide bill no .118, With IMEI No: 354827026527547 from Wonder Collection, Shop No 1, Shrusti apartment Post office Lane, Tilak chowk, Kalyan (W), But after 4 months problem started, my phone was directly getting switch off & one side speaker was not working. That’s why I went to Nokia Service Centre at Lower Parel, i.e Bright point India Pvt. Ltd. Phoenix Mills Compound 3rd floor ‘C’ Wing 462 Senapati Bapat Marg Mumbai No : 400013.
In this Service Centre they checked the cell & told me we will give you new cell phone in exchange with the job no :- MUM0649633 dated 30/01. After 10 days they gave me new (scarp) phone with IME No:-356283012982254. But after 2 days again new problems started. There was no Network & battery was always showing LOW. I get back to the Nokia Service Centre, at that time they told me Production of this phone is stopped by the Nokia company & you will get new Noika 5310 Express Music. I said its ok, give me that Noika phone but it should be the new fresh piece. They said Nokia never give new piece. They advised me to sale it for Rs.3500/- only. My question is why should I sale it off when it is in warranty. It is my right to get new piece or get the same cell repaired perfectly. I have paid Rs. 8479/- for this cell, so atleast I can use it for this many days please.
The very cheap point is service centre people easily accept their fault without much checking the cell phone
Again they gave me new
Jobsheet on 26 March Job No. MUM0687167. I asked can you give me new cell phone, they directly told me you will not get any new cell phone but only scrapped one which are here to get repaired.
Present they give me scrap phone nokia 6233 which was not working properly
My warranty expires in October
Please do something positive in my favour .as early as possible
