I purchased Nokia 6500 (silver) handset 2 months ago. All of a sudden it got damaged and was not booting.

I submitted it to Nokia Service Centre, Sec 2, Noida in first week of March. They told me to collect it after 10 days as it has to go to Nokia's main service centre. On 14th they called me and told me to collect the handset. i was shocked to see that they changed its brand new silver body and provided me with one old black colored 6500 handset. I told them that my handset was of silver in color. They again made a new job sheet numbered 153433527/090314/93 and told me to come next week. Now after one month also they are unable to provide me my handset. i dont know whether the body has been changed or the complete handset itself is changed. Every week they come up with some excuse. So many times I have spoken to their manager also, but all in vain. I am really tired of visiting service centre again and again, nobody listens to you there. All you get in return is a job sheet and next week's date. Nokia is the best mobile handset seller and still the service they provide is very poor.i wish i should not have purchased that Nokia mobile.

They are not connecting people anymore...
