Handset N81 has product manufactering defect

Hi Consumer forum,

I bought a new N81 Nokia handset just 2 months back which they promised with 3 years of warrenty.

just a week after buying its panel colour startes fading, clr and call keys stopped working, frequent hanging and max. of 11 hours of battery lasting under ideal condiations. It upsets a lot as i spent 15, 000 rs on this handset. Nokia care is not reponding and kept ignoring, hiding this product fault in my handset.

please help me in getting me the justice.
