Dear sir,
This is the worst customer service I’ve even came across in my life..I gave my mobile for service in Nokia care in Anna Nagar (Chennai) and im waiting for past 15 days, but no one contacted me regarding my mobile. So i contacted them and its absolutely “Ridiculous”. Because they have 2 numbers to contact (42172949/42172989) and I have to try at least 40 times were its keep on ringing and no one picking the call and at 41st call a lady will pickup and she will tell that “Your mobile is not yet repaired and we will call you today evening to update you”. I think she have a template which she is using for all calls. So I used to wait for a callback from them, but no one called me..So after 2 days again I call them and after trying 30-40 times she will tell the same. When i ask her what is the status of my mobile she says our technicians are working on it and they will call you today evening..Again I waited for 2 days and again same thing happened and after 15 days I called them at 12.00pm and she picked the call and said you will get a call from them today evening, which im sure that I will not get any call..
Then i sent an escalation mail to '[email protected]' and the very next day i got call from the same lady stating my mobile was repaired and it cost Rs.650..
But earlier they told me that before replacing the part they will inform me about the price and then only they will replace the part..But in my case without even informing me they replaced the part..I dint bother about money because I was without my mobile for past 16 days and I have all my contacts and details on my mobile..So I dint tell anything to her and I went to service center and I was shocked..It was completely different..Front panel was grey in colour originally and now they changed it to Dark Blue..I was frustrated and I looked at my mobile and I noticed that the problem for which I gave my mobile was not rectified..Still there is a part broken on the keypad and they replaced different part with different colour..I asked one technician there and he said Speaker was replaced..I was again gone mad..I gave my mobile to replace keypad and its still not rectified and they replaced different parts..
After all these conversations on the service center they asked me to take my mobile and they told me not to pay for this service.. So its clearly says that they did something different or they tested something new things with my mobile..
I told them that I want my mobile back with same colour and also they don’t have to replace any parts..I will take care or I will manage..But I want my mobile back in the same condition which I gave it to them..
