Dear sir,
This is to inform you that undersigned bought one nokia model no: nokia n 81 worth Rs 14, 200 on 18-02 from your registered dealer m/s swet heart of P-B C.I.T ROAD KOLKTA 700054
This is very much unsatisfactory and dishearten that the said mobile phone was hanged and not working at all even after 20 days of purchased.
Repeatedly reporting about the problem to the dealer and I was advised to go to nokia care m/s citytel service of p-11 c.i.t road schem moulali kolkata 700014.
I did accordingly but quite unfortunate that even after four times of repair of said mobile still is not working at all properly which is painful disturbing and meaningless to me to spend money on a high value brand of mobile manufacture.
Kindly take the matter very seriously. Regards to the problems of a nokia loyal customer.
