I purchased a Nokia N82-1 handset on October with IMEI 358984016216684 (Product Code 0561049). Next month onwards, I am having complaints on its internal headset. While on a call, the sound breaks or sometimes no sound. Also the handset hangs and restarts often. I had given the set to Nokia Care and got it repaired. After somedays, the same complaints came back. Again I gave the handset to them and the same process continued 3 times. They make some adjustments with the set and gives back as usual. Today the fourth time time I had given the hanset with Job Sheet No 421465550/090717/1 to Nokia Care. Actually I have no belief now about the company or its customer service. What I have to do, No Idea.
