I gave my nokia n95 mobile for service at nokia care in perambur chennai on 22/07/09 (named joycell) for my phone keys * and 9 were not working. The service person agreed to service the mobile and told me that he will tell the price estimate by evening for the service. But he failled to call me. I called in the service centre the next morning but the number was switchedoff. When contacting him directly with my representative then only he remembered the job sheet and called me. He said the phone has only 10% of working chances or it might go dead also.i informed him to return my phone to my rep.. first he took the jobsheet back get it signed and returned the phone without revealing the status of the phone . when the mobile reached me two of the phone screws were missing, the phone was in a bad shape and almost all the keys were not working .i went back to the store on 24/07/09 and asked the reason for irregularities in the phone, he gave me a careless and irresponsible answer... as i mentioned him i'll complain him to nokia he registered a new jobsheet instead of the old one and mentioned the nature of repair as keyboard not working)..(previously the nature of repair only * and 9 keys were not working as told and written by the service personnel).
i want justice to be done to my phone..
and an action against the the nokia care which does not have an either proper service person nor a good coustomercare agent on the desk ..
