Key pad not working

I brought n81 model from UNIVERCELL during the month of sept 09 . Till now 3 times i have shown the mobile to nokia and univercell care centre still the problem not yet solved. Now the main problem is the main menu button is not working at all. Now iam requesting replace the mobile for a new one
