I had purchased a Nokia Hand set (Model 3120c) on 31.08.08.
Just after 1 months from date of purchase the hand set developed the problem of "Unable to hear caller & caller unable to listen to the, above said deffective head set user".
The deffective set was handed over to Nokia care (M/S magnum Fashions) at Jayanagar, Blore.
Even after the repair from the above said service centre, the problem persisted.
They had communicated orally to me that the above said series of NOKIA Hand sets were having issue with software related problems.
Since the same was affecting my work out of frustration I had purchased a second hand phone.
Since the ph is getting almost one year now and still the complaint was persisting I have decided to get the problem rectified permanently or get a replcement hand set.
I have given the defective phone to Nokia care (M/s Magnum Fashions, Jayanagr Blore).

Kindly do the needful for getting the deffective set replaced for me, under humanitarian consideration.
