I STATE THAT I VISHAL KUMAR COME TO YOUR NOKIA CARE OFFICE IN JALANDHAR FOR SERVICE OF MY NOKIA MOBILE 6300 AT THE TIME OF 15.10 PM. WITH THE NOKIA CARE COMPLAINT NO 15. BUT BEHAVIOR OF THE STAFF IS NOT UPTO THAT MARK AND MOREOVER THEY ARE NOT DEALING ACCORDING TO THE SERIAL GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER . WHEN I ENTER IN THE PREMICES OF NOKIA CARE, THE COMPLAINT NO IS GOING ON 10 IN WHICH 3 CUSTOMER TO WHOM NUMBER IS GIVEN ARE NOT PRESENT. AFTER WAITING FOR ONE AND HALF HOUR i.e. 16.25 MR RANJIT DEALING HAND DEALS ME WHOSE NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT. HE TOLD ME THAT PLEASE WAIT, I WILL GIVE YOUR MOBILE TO OTHER REPRESENTATIVE WHOSE WAS NOT ON THE SEAT. AFTER WAITING FOR ANOTHER 15 MINT ON THE SEAT, I WAS ON THE SAME SITUATION WHERE I WAS ON 15.10 PM. THEY TOLD ME THAT STAFF IS TAKING LUNCH . YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME MORE TIME.DURING THE TIME OF 15.10 TO 16.30 ONLY ONE REPRENTATIVE WAS DEALING. THE REST OF THE STAFF IS BUSY WITH THE LUNCH. AFTAR WAITING FOR 1 AND 1/2 HOUR I WAS NOT FOUND SOLUTION FOR MY MOBILE. THAT MEANS STAFF OF NOKIA CARE DONOT HAVE THE VALUE OF TIME OF CUSTOMERS. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.
