Dear Sir/ madam,
I have given my Nokia E51 handset to a nokia care, situated in Gol market. The problem was poo audio quality, restart and reboot. My phone was in warrenty period but they say since water drops are found inside it is not in warrenty. I accept that and give my phone for repairing. They ask for 750 rs, that i pay to them. I ask for the bill amd they give me a normal kirana bill. When i asked for original bill they refuse to give it, anywaz i take that bill along with my job sheet copy.
Next day phone fails to start, i bring it back to nokia care, now they are saying give 1800 rs more to repair it. I say this problem was not there but after repairing it exist. But they refuse to repair my mobile. And their behaviour was not good.
So I am planning to go for consumer court. Kindly suggest me.
