I have a Nokia N72 mobile set, but in warranty period my cell have a problem. and I give it to Nokia care, but they are not repair my cell. they are providing me N73 but it's used mobile, they told me that it's new mobile... bt if it's new mobile dan why Ph is not sealed... n why they r probiding me N73... if it's new mobile than they can give me any phone in N72 range... how i can accept this mobile??? without any gurantee
plz suugest me...
