Kindly replace my n-6265, mum0295185

I purchased reputed brand name nokia but unfortunately I got very bad experience from your service center.

My handset model no. nokia 6265 is given to your service center for four time my receipt no. is MUM0295185 till it is not working in proper condition

Like Call fail, call drop, automatically switch off, battery backup is too low, camera switch not working properly, display flicking, many problem is there

Further I request u kindly replace me a new handset with latest upgrade software

Hope I will get reply very soon with positive approach from ur side
