Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had given the mobile for the service (against the battery shrinkage problem) on 19th August post which I was informed that it had gone to Delhi, as it was irreparable over here (in Mumbai).
Till today I have neither received any intimation from the Nokia care outlet regarding the status on the same, though it was informed that it will take a maximum of 15 days of time. Further I have been trying their number as given on the job sheet (022-64268541, and 26213062), but the first no. is coming as switched off and nobody is responding to the call made on the second no.
Further I don’t understand that when I am checking the status on the site, the status is showing as closed and that on the same day on which I had given for service i.e. 19th August. So I doubt if it was really sent to Delhi or not.
Kindly let me know the status on the same ASAP as it has been almost 24 days now since the time I had given for resolving the problem.
