I have purchased nokia phone[5300 D.Grey] at thalassery [fona keeping you connected, hospital road Old bus stand thalassery.] dt24-08. Main complaint is the phone charge is lost within 3hours, at the charge of time. i had approched shop persons and complaint about the phone they said tha no shop warranty on phone. they asked me to go to the nokia service centre it is far distance from my place. please give me the correct directions. please send the reply as earlier.
